CSC 123 - Fundamentals of Web Site Design

Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite: CSC 113, AGR 123, ENR 1123, or LSC 213. This is a “hands on” course that will introduce the basic concepts, issues and techniques related to designing, developing, and deploying web pages and web sites. During the course, students will learn about Web design, HTML, XHTML, basic JavaScript, Dynamic HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Additionally, students will be introduced to information architecture and Web usability literature to learn the concepts and measures that may be applied in the evaluation of Web sites. Fall/Spring
