Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisites: MGT 213 and junior status. This course introduces students to theories and models of human behavior in organizations with an emphasis on the individual level processes. Topics covered include individual and situational explanations for behavior, communication, decision-making, motivation, leadership, and teams. Workplace and managerial applications are considered.
