Credit Hours: .5 This course will focus on the materials required to complete the ACF (American Culinary Federation) Apprenticeship program. Student Apprentices will meet weekly to review current ACF Apprentice books, checklists, assignments, and PowerPoint presentations to cover current topics. Pass/Fail. Fall/Spring
