TEC 3313 - Surveying and Mapping

Prerequisite: MAT 135 or MAT 153. Provides an introduction to surveying and mapping as applied to agriculture, construction, and civil engineering. Includes foundational knowledge of basic surveying principles, history of land surveying, laws governing property, aerial and terrestrial surveying tools, basic surveying computations; and using and generating survey maps. Two lectures and lab. Offered Occasionally
