General Information: Bachelor of Science The objectives of the technology major are: Graduates of the technology major will: - Demonstrate crucial technical skills in a broad range of industrial-related career fields (Vocational).
- Recognize and practice fundamental Christian principles and attitudes, realizing their importance to those working in technological fields (Christian).
- Understand and appreciate the role science and technology play in how complex societies function (Cultural).
- Be able to apply their knowledge and experience to provide essential solutions to improve local communities using science and technology (Patriotic).
- Possess foundational communication and problem-solving skills to succeed in technology-focused business (Academic).
Technology Studies Major Requirements: 30 credit hours
Required Major Courses: 3 credit hours
Required Collateral Courses: 15 credit hours

Choose One Statistical Analysis Elective:
Choose Two Communication Electives:
Choose One Management Elective:
Choose One Area of Emphasis: 12 credit hours
Choose one of the following emphasis areas: Choose Four Business/Project Management Electives: 12 credits
Choose Four Graphical Communication/Design Electives: 12 credits
Choose Twelve Credits of Cross-Disciplinary Electives:
- Select twelve 300-400 level credits around a theme from areas such as TEC, AGR, BUS, CHE, CSC, CWM, ENR, MAT, or PHY.
- Courses must draw from at least two departments.
- Requires advisor approval.
