HRM 471 - Culinary Experience Credit Hours: 1 Prerequisite: Dietetics, Family & Consumer Science, or Hotel/Restaurant Management major or permission. The purpose of this course is to provide students culinary knowledge for careers in hospitality management, foodservice, or nutrition.
