HRM 291 - Culinary Competition Team Credit Hours: 1 Prerequisite: Culinary Arts Major and permission. This course builds on fundamental concepts of menu development, cooking, time management, teamwork, and plate presentation. Culinary competition format and rules are introduced. Culinary competition practice and skills development are emphasized. A culinary competition team is organized using a tryout process from the class. May be taken up to four times for credit.
